The Yarmouth Junior A Mariners head to Truro tonight to face the Bearcats.
It’s the final regular season meeting between the clubs, with the Bearcats winning the first five games.
The last three meetings have gone to a shootout.
In the standings, the Mariners trail Truro by two points for second place in the Eastlink South Division.
After tonight, the Mariners have four games remaining while Truro will have just three.
Mariners Head Coach Laurie Barron says Matt Barron remains out indefinitely with an upper body injury.
Also, defenseman Noah McMullin is expected to be out two weeks, with a return in time for the playoffs.
Barron says Justin Ritcey will start in goal.
In other MHL action tonight, the Amherst Ramblers who sit four points behind Yarmouth host the Miramichi Timberwolves.
