Game 1, Saturday
Final Score 7 to 5 for Pictou
Scoring for Yarmouth was Hayden Young with 2 goals; Andre d’Entremont, Brennan Smith and Donovan Mullen had one goal each.
Jay Deviller had 2 assists; Caelen Wallace, Denver d’Entremont, Hayden Young, Zach d’Arcy and Ryan Warner each had 1 assist.
Goaltending was split between Charlie Banks and Liam Campbell. Caelen Wallace was named player of the game.
Game 2, Sunday
Final Score 4 to 2 for Pictou
Scoring for Yarmouth was Zach d’Arcy and Teagan Scott.
Zach d’Arcy, Donovan Mullen, Blake Goodwin and Ryan Warner each had one assist.
Liam Campbell was in nets.
Player of the game was Jay Deviller.

Captains Choice Trucking Bantam B Mariners played Acadia Bantam B in the first of the best 2 out of 3 Provincial playdown games at Kentville arena February 19th.
Yarmouth won 4-3 in a Shootout
Scoring for Yarmouth was Claude Deon, Zach Richardson and Luke Deon each with 1 .. Assists went to Zach Richardson, Jared Sanford, Christain d”Entremont, Devin Saulnier and Luke d”Eon each with 1.
In the shootout Connor Boudreau scored the only goal after 6 shooters perside to win the game.
In nets was Austin Surette saving all 6 of the Acadia shots in the shootout.

Three Yarmouth Whitecaps attended a Senior preparation meet in Halifax this past weekend.
Swimmers placed according to times not age.
Best placings:
Mary Beth Brown’was 7th in the 100 Free and 8th in the 50 Free.
Ian Bullerwell was 3rd in the 50 Breast and Ibaad Hemani was 18th in the 200 Breast.
The Senior championships with be next month.
