Environment Canada says a mixed bag of precipitation is forecast.
It will begin today as snow as a warm front approaches.
A special weather statement says snow ahead of the front will begin this afternoon over southwestern regions and spread to the remainder of the province overnight tonight.
It says most regions can expect to see the snow change to ice pellets and then to freezing rain tomorrow before tapering to showers during the day.
Snowfall amounts of up to 10 centimetres are forecast.
Forecast models currently show 2 to 3 hours of freezing rain can be expected, but some areas may experience a slightly longer duration.
