Scoring for Yarmouth were Luke d”Eon with a hat trick, Jared Sanford with 2, Dominic Higby and Zach Richardson each with 1.
Assists went to Zach Richardson with 3, Kailen Saulnier with 2, Jared Sanford and Conner Boudreau each with 1
Shots were 26 – 13 in favor of Yarmouth.

The Wades Wire Traps Five Star Roofing Bantam AA Mariners traveled to Pictou County to take part in the 2017 Bantam AA Memorial Tournament.
Game 1 against Glace Bay was played on Friday February 3. Final score 4 to 2 for Yarmouth.
Game 2 against Sydney was played on Saturday February 4. Final score 5 to 4 for Sydney.
Game 3 against Cape Breton County was also played on Saturday. Final score 6 to 1 for Yarmouth.
Tournament Most Sportsman like awards were presented to Josh Greene, Teagan Scott and Brennan Smith.
Tournament Player of the Game awards were presented to Charlie Banks (game 1 and game 3) and Rylan d’Entremont (affiliate player).
Of the 12 Bantam AA teams that participated in the tournament the team placed 5th overall.

Scotiabank Western Riptide West Atom A Girls dropped their only game this weekend to Valley Wild 3-0.

The Yarmouth Scotiabank Western Riptide West Female Peewee A team played two away games this weekend.
They took both games from Metro Force Orange 3-2 and 1-0.
Madison Cushing had one goal and Karli MacDonald had two goals, all unassisted in game 1.
Grace Mullen had the unassisted goal in the second game.
Jorden Nickerson was the goalie for both games.

The Spears and MacLeaod Pharmasave PeeWee AA Mariners played 2 games in Bridgewater Saturday.
In the first game, the Mariners defeated the South Shore Ice Sharks 4-2.
Goals were scored by Orren Hatfield, Cameron Kerr, Spencer Surette and Dalton Sears.
The second game was a 3-0 shutout win for the PeeWee AA Mariners, with goals from Cameron Kerr, Spencer Surette and Connor Prouty.
Colby Saulnier had the shutout, stopping all 21 shots he faced.

Winning 3-2 and locking in their 2nd place divison spot.
Scoring were Riley Hubbard with 2 goals and Blake Lyons with 1.
Braeden Hipson faced 26 shots.
On Sunday they faced West Hants in Brooklyn for the 1st Provincial playdown game.
It was a tough penalty-filled game seeing the West Pubnico Pharmasave team loosing 4-2.
Scoring were Carson d’Eon with an assist from Landon Watkins and Tyler Macleod who was called up as an Affiliate player with an assist from Wyatt Nickerson.
