There’s lots of speculation as to when a provincial election will be called.
It will likely be sooner rather than later.
No matter when, Elections Nova Scotia is always ready.
They are the people who oversee provincial general elections, municipal elections and plebiscites.
They have already taken delivery of all the necessary forms, documents and of course ballots.

Andy LeBlanc, the director of policies and communications for Elections Nova Scotia says preparedness begins as soon
as a previous election is wrapped up.
“It’s a process where we have continuous improvements. At all times the staff at Elections Nova Scotia are looking at every form, how is it designed, it is really reaching people the way it should. And, there are legislative changes that need to be reflected in the documents.”
LeBlanc says they are always looking at ways to improve how they communicate with people.
