The Municipality of Argyle is looking for a piece of land.
It’s requesting proposals from individuals or corporations, interested in selling land, within a certain geographical area in Tusket.
They are looking for a suitable site for the construction of a new administrative building.
Warden Richard Donaldson says no final decision on location has been made yet.
“We looked at a piece of land that we own and had some pricing done on it for getting the land ready for a new building and it was going to be relatively expensive.”
Donaldson says the council is trying to keep its options open.

Two options have been removed from the list.
The Tusket Industrial Park and another location between the courthouse and the archive building.
Both were considered unsuitable.
