Work on the new HOPE centre in Yarmouth is progressing.
The Handicapped Organization Promoting Equality expects to be moving to the building on Bond Street in April.
They had to vacate their old location after a pipe broke last month flooding the building.
Spokesman Linda Vickery says they’re settling in at the former CJ O’Hanley building on Main Street.
“We’ve got the office all set up here. We had one of the dispatchers working out of their home so there was no rush to move. I finally have a desk and the two girls are set up. We’re functioning.”

She says even if the building is ready in March they won’t likely move in because they’re very busy that month with their vehicle lottery.
