An Annapolis Valley man is facing three charges of committing an indecent act.
26 year old Chester Terry Thibodeau was arrested on Wednesday at a residence in Lawrencetown.

Annapolis County District RCMP received a complaint on Tuesday afternoon of an adult male standing inside a residence in front of a window fully undressed, masturbating while children walked by the residence.
They received a similiar complaint on Wednesday morning around 8:30.
Thibodeau appeared in Annapolis Royal Provincial Court yesterday and was remanded into custody.
He is scheduled in court again on November 14th for a bail hearing
