The province has appointed a new Crown Attorney in Yarmouth.
In a news release, Martin Herschorn, director of public prosecutions, announced the appointment today of Colleen Hepburn.
Herschorn says Hepburn’s solid background in criminal law and her years of prosecutorial experience make her a valuable addition to
their team of Crown attorneys.
She is a native of Sault Ste. Marie.
Hepburn was appointed an assistant Crown attorney in Toronto in 2000 where she concentrated on the prosecution of child abuse offences
and is a contributing author of Crimes Against Children: Prosecution and Defence.
