Two Yarmouth County men are facing a number of charges after a mischief complaint.
19 year old Brendon Douglas James Porter of East Pubnico is charged with mischief, impaired driving, flight from police and break and enter.
23 year old Brett Austin Surette of Tusket is facing charges of care and control while impaired and mischief.
Yarmouth Rural RCMP responded to Plymouth School just after 11:30am yesterday.
There had been a complaint of damage being done to the grounds of the school.
Police say a truck left the scene before they arrived, and was located later that day.
The driver refused to stop when RCMP approached the truck, and police later located and stopped the vehicle.
One man ran from the scene and broke into a home in attempt to evade police, but he was later located and arrested without incident.
They each appeared in court today in Yarmouth and were released.
They will return to court November 28th.
