There was a huge upset in one district in the Municipality of Argyle last night.
Warden Aldric d’Entremont was soundly defeated in District 8 by Glen Diggdon.
Diggdon got 408 votes to d’Entremont’s 98.
Richard Donaldson ran unopposed in District 6 as did Kathy Bourque in District 7.
The rest of the seats were won by incumbants: Danny Muise in District 1, in District 2 Roderick Murphy Jr. keeps his seat.
Lucien LeBlanc was re-elected in District 3 as were Guy Surette and Nicole Albright in Districts 4 and 5 respectively.
Calvin d’Entremont keeps his seat in District 9.
