The Warden of the Municipality of the District of Barrington keeps his seat after last nights municipal election.
Eddie Nickerson had 364 votes beating Cecil O’Donnell’s 138 votes in District 4.
In District 1, George El-Jakl was acclaimed.
Murray Atkinson was elected in District 2.
Shaun Hatfield will keep his seat in District 3 as will Jody Crook in District 5.
In Clark’s Harbour, Mayor Leigh Stoddart was acclaimed.
On council, two new members: Louann Link and Cara Newell Ross.
Rounding out the six member table are Irene Baker, Trudy Quinlan, Russell Atkinson and Rex Stoddard.
