With four days left until the municipal and school board elections, the Town of Yarmouth continues to see a climb in advanced polling.
Nearly 30 per cent of eligible voters, or 1410 electors have cast a ballot.
The average elector has selected over 5 council members.
Just above 86 per cent of voters have used the internet and nearly 14 per cent have done so by telephone.
These stats were released earlier today on the town’s Facebook page.
They say telephone voting started at 25 per cent in 2012 and fell to nearly 20 per cent by the time voting had ended.
The Municipality of Argyle also released up to date e-voting numbers today.
25 per cent of eligible voters have cast a ballot, 80 per cent by internet.
There is also a paper ballot option on election day Saturday in Argyle.
