Digby RCMP are investigating the death of a Weymouth woman.
Officers responded to a residence in Weymouth North around 3pm yesterday.
There they found the body of an adult woman.
Police say the death is suspicious.

The investigation is being led by the RCMP Southwest Nova Major Crimes Unit, along with the Southwest Nova RCMP Forensic Identification Unit and Digby RCMP detachment.
An autopsy was being performed this morning to determine the cause of death.
