If you’re a young person just getting into the workforce or are starting out in a new career take note.
A new Accountemps poll of Canadian CFO’s indicates 53 per cent said their firms are doing more entry level hiring than they were five years ago. Spokesperson Alex Saatjian says it shows companies are looking at the hidden potential of these job seekers.
He says it shows that Gen Zeds and Y’s have a lot to offer that’s outside of a piece of paper or a resume.
Saatjian says the survey found it’s not just about companies saving money, but noticing what their new recruits might become in the future.
