The Yarmouth Scotiabank Western Riptide White Peewee A girls won the local Chicks with Sticks tournament over the weekend.
They played three round robin games. The first game was played Friday against Western Riptide Green, they won the game 7-4.
Carly Kini had four goals, France Boudreau two goals, and Ocean Sears had one goal. Madison Cushing had two assists and Isabel Doucette had one assist.
On Saturday they played Metro West Force Blue and won 1-0.
Goal scored by Renee Melanson, assist by Ocean Sears. They also played Metro West Force Red and won 4-1.
Isabelle d’Entremont had two goals, Jorden Nickerson and Marissa Fevens each had one goal. Assists by Ocean Sears and Jorgia Malone.
On Sunday they played in the Championship game versus Metro West Force Red and won 2-0.
Renee Melanson and Ocean Sears each had one goal and one assist. Marissa Fevens had two assists.
Chloe Surette was in net all weekend.
The Valley Wild won the Atom Division 8-0 over the Yarmouth Western Riptides.
West Pubnico Pharmasave Bantam A Mariners played in the CDMHA Fall Faceoff Tournament in Digby and came away with a Bronze medal.

The Yarmouth JStrong Atom A Mariners played in the Fall Face off tournament this weekend.
They won the first game 6-5 against Clare/Digby.
Scoring for Yarmouth : Colby d’Eon with 2 goals and 1 each for Parker LeBlanc, Karter Bain, Marcel Jacquard and Sawyer Kristensen. Assists went to Bryce Fitzgerald.

The second game was lost 4-3 against Queens. Scoring for Yarmouth was : Declan Fitzgerald with 2 goals and 1 goal for Karter Bain . Assist went to Bryce Fitzgerald and Marcel Jacquard.

The bronze medal game was a nail biter losing 7-6 against Clare/Digby. Karter Bain had a hat trick, Sawyer Kristensen had 2 goals and Declan Fitzgerald had a goal.

The Spears and MacLeod Pharmasave Pee Wee AA Mariners travelled to Antigonish for two games this weekend.
The first game was a 5-2 victory with Carson d’Eon netting a pair, also scoring were Blake Newell, Cameron Barnes, and Wyatt Nickerson.
Charlie Whitty had a strong performance in net.
Game two was a 5-5 tie, with Cameron Perry picking up a Hat Trick, Riley Hubbard scored along with Russell Pinksen.
Braeden Hipson battled hard in net to preserve his team’s undefeated record through the first month of the season.
Hubert’s Towing Atom AA Mariners pulled off a 4-3 win over Western Valley on the weekend.
Goal scorers were Angelo Dugas-Bravos, Connor Stoddard (assisted by Ashton Samms), Drew Muise, capped with the game winner 8 seconds left by Damien Cottreau.
After week 7 of the Sunday Mixed bowling league, 1st place is 3-way tie between Outlaws, Invaders and Sue’s Crew with 34 points each.
The South Enders are in 2nd place with 29 points.
The men’s high single for the night was Steven Hubbard with a 153 ,the Men’s High Triple with a 366 was Allen Williams.
The Ladies high single was Susan Clarke with a 134. She also had the high ladies triple of 325.
