Nova Scotians will be heading back to the polls May 30th.
Premiere Stephen McNeil has just left Province House where he asked for the legislature to be dissolved.
He’s heading to a rally in Halifax where he’s expected to launch his campaign.
The announcement will come as no surprise to most after a media blunder Friday afternoon.
A video saying “on May 30th vote Liberal” was posted on the party website for a short time before being taken down.
By law the campaign must be 30 days long and land on a Tuesday.
More details as they become available.
