A Comeauville, Digby County man is facing a slew of drug and weapons charges.
55 year old Laurent Paul “Sticky” Bourque was arrested last Friday after RCMP searched a residence on Comeau Road.
Police found amounts of crack cocaine, marijuana products, prescription pills, a loaded sawed-off shotgun, cash and surveillance equipment.
Other unidentified material, believed to be drugs, was sent to the RCMP lab for examination.
Bourque is facing three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, as well as one count each of careless use, unsafe storage and unauthorized possession of a firearm. He is also charged with unauthorized possession of a prohibited device and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
He was in custody over the weekend but released on conditions after his court appearance.
Bourque will next be in Digby Provincial Court on May 15.
Police say the investigation is on-going.
