Birthday/Anniversary Announcements

The Candle Club is broadcast 7:45 am seven days a week. Announcements must be sent 24 hours in advance to guarantee they are aired. Please submit first and last name of the person celebrating the birthday or anniversary. Limit the names of people making the wish to no more than three because of time constraints.

Be sure to enter the date of the birthday or anniversary on the form or in your e-mail. Submitting the age of the person is optional. Send your e-mail greeting using the form below and click on SEND ANNOUNCEMENT, or you may phone 742-7175 (normal office hours) 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday or you can fax your announcement to CJLS AT 742-3143.
